Demonstrations of the unique and amazing talents in carving large pieces of wood into amazing and intricate wood carvings.
Dave Watson began sculpting works of art in chocolate, butter, cheese, and ice, 20 years ago as a chef. He traded in his culinary sculpting for wood sculpting after watching another chainsaw carver bring forth a beautiful carving out of a pine log.
Dave travels around the United States doing several shows a year. His work is characterized by the usual production of bears and eagles, but he has a wide variety of carving ability including frogs, turtles, pigs, rabbits, trees, gnomes, wolves, dragons, totem polls, and more.
