Yes, I am bringing a Combine to the designated Combine Demolition Derby specified on my form submission. I have read and understand the rules of the event. I understand that I will have to sign a waiver prior to entering the Pit area. The Combine Driver and one other person will be admitted free to the pits. Combines must be at the Fair per designated time/date specified by coordinator in order to be inspected and to participate. Coordinator will communicate this with you upon submission of form. Combines must be removed immediately following the Derby – no exceptions. Entry forms are due to the Fair Office by the Friday before the event. The above exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Kenosha County Fair Association Inc. from and again any liability, claim, loss or expense (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of any injury or damage which is caused by, arises from or is in any way connected with participation in this event. The Kenosha County Fair management shall not be responsible for accident or losses that may occur to any of the exhibitors or exhibitors at the Fair. The Exhibitor is responsible for any injury or damage resulting from the exhibitor’s participation in the event. This includes any injury to others or to the exhibitor or to the exhibitor’s property.
